It was the best decision to spend a night in this place - everything was beyond my expectations! the hosts were so kind and helpful, I really felt like I was was visiting good old friends. Room was perfect! I would like to give an extra point for a nice view! The bathroom was also nice and spacious, all needed toiletries were included. Also it was a pleasure to meet Missy the Dog! Wish she could have slept in our bed:) Thank you once again for such a nice stay after a few stressful flights to Sri Lanka :)

The perfect home away form home. The hosts, Sriyantha & Champi go above and beyond to take care of their guests. We loved the Sri Lankan traditional breakfast with string hoppers and curry. Always book with breakfast, the best breakfast in Battaramulla. House has excellent WiFi. The place has a nice natural setting surrounded by trees and gardens. At the same time the house is 5 minutes walking distance to the the Sri Lankan, Citizenship and Immigration office building, where they handle everything from NIC, to Visa to Passport. If you have business with Sri Lankan government, the prefect place to stay. About 10 minutes walking distance there is the board walk area along side, Diyawanna Lake, with parks, bicycle tracks, fast food and fine restaurants, street shops and other facilities. About 30 minutes drive to One Galle Face Mall and Port City Colombo. About 45 minutes drive to the Colombo Bandaranaike International airport.

Our stay at Zion Property Care was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the host, Ms. Susila, who was incredibly friendly and supportive. Her warmth and attentiveness made our stay special and comfortable. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the facilities we could need: hot water, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and free WiFi. The entire apartment was air-conditioned, with fans available as well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The view from the resort was absolutely superb, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start our day. Zion Property Care is perfect for families seeking a clean, well-facilitated, and welcoming place to stay. We truly had the best time and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The location was absolutely so serene and beautiful ❤️ The property was surrounded by tall trees and the lake that made it so lovely to have your morning coffe on the balcony. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. So worth the price you pay and the property is well maintained.

We booked this hotel for a 3-night stay with our family, including 04 yr kid and a 4-month-old baby. We initially planned to prepare food for the kids and wash clothes, bringing along our induction and rice cookers. However, to our surprise, the property had everything we needed and more—fully equipped with gas cookers, a fridge, a washing machine, and all essential amenities. It truly felt like home, and we didn’t need to use our own appliances at all. The owner, Mr. Jayantha, and his wife were incredibly helpful, especially with the kids. Mr. Jayantha’s background as a navy commander reflected in the impeccable discipline and security of the property, which was very impressive.
