It is a perfect place for a solo or a couple getaway. The location is superb - right at the end of the cottage, which means there's no car traffic. Surrounded by pine forest and garden trees, it feels very calm and private. The house itself has everything you might need for a comfortable stay, starting from fully equipped kitchenette and coffee machine to hot shower with pleasant toiletries and plush blankets for a chilly evening outside. Both floors have heaters so you can adjust room temperature to your liking. The house is very clean, new and stylish, will definitely come back soon again.

The apartment is centrally located in Carnikava, three supermarkets close to it. Anyhow, the flat is quiet. And rather well equipped. We did not know in adwance that there is a local train station in the village just a few minutes walk away. 36-38 minutes to central Riga in a modern train for 2€. Booking.com says that check-in is possible only 15-18 but there was no problem to arrive later, the key is waiting in a coded locker next to the flat entrance. Nice view to the backyard from the living and sleeping rooms. Separate bathroom and toilet.

The guest house was incredible and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and greeted us, showed us around and explained everything, also helped to prepare the sauna and hot tub. The guest house is very well kept, everything was renovated and perfectly clean, you instantly notice the attention to every detail. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, and there is a fancy new fridge. The sauna and hot tub were the highlights for out stay. After the sauna we were able to go swimming in the Gauja river right next to the property. There is also a grill available. It's also possible to play darts(electronic darts machine) and also play table tennis for a small extra charge. Perfect for a group of friends. I can highly recommend this guest house and will definitely visit again.

    The location of the house was the best part of our vacation. It's quiet and situated in the center of the pine trees, which is ideal for relaxing. The location offers the possibility for various activities such as swimming in the sea or river, biking, SUP boarding, and walking. The owners are very hospitable and the house is nice, clean and has everything for the vocation.

    Beautiful location - can go for a walk in the woods or for a swim in the lake. Quiet surroundings - the cabins are soundproof and there is a general sense of calm in the territory even if other quests arrive. Great host - Vahan is very friendly and you can see he cares about the comfort of his guests. Superb facilities - very clean, cosy, modern. We'll be happy to visit again. :)

    The eco house is beautifully blended into the surrounding pine forest on the bank of the river Gauja. All the amenities were modern and clean, a comfortable terrace and a big sliding doors created the sense of unity with nature. Excellent location, just 30 mins away from Riga, close to the lakes and beaches. Highly recommend booking it during the weekdays if you want to get away from the city chaos and enjoy stillness and calmness of nature. The host was welcoming and was easy to deal with.

    The host is super friendly and approachable. He even drove us to a romantic site nearby, so we could have a lovely walk! The location is great- you can have it all - a lake, a seaside and a river- reachable by foot! The studio is very clean and has all the amenities you could have wished for- even a hairdryer and an oven. Definitely will visit again!
