Palma Ziz A wonderful place to stay—highly recommended. The view of Palm Canyon and the mountains is breathtaking. Although close to the main road, it is very quiet. The pool is a great perk for cooling down after sunbathing. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent with generous portions. We enjoyed a short hike in Palm Canyon and visited the quaint village of Ait Ahtman. There is also a large lake about a 20-minute drive towards Errachidia. While the road to the lake is not drivable, it's only a 15-minute walk from the main road. Having a car made our stay more convenient.

Here and only here you touch the heart of Morocco. Thanks to the genuinity of a precious man you will be home. The house, a real Kasbah, is located in a quietly, green and pitoresque spot, near the main street with a heartbreaking view. If you have no time to spend a night there, I raccomand you to think again at your travel program. Only if you really can't so take a stop for lunch/dinner and eat a very tasty homemade tajine and couscous. Don't go away without meeting the owner, beacuse you will learn a lot with him. During the night you'll hear the sound of nature like the flow of the river and birds. No better place to quite the brain. Here time goes slow as you never felt before.

Place has beautiful views and access to pick fresh dates and olives from the trees on location. Some of the best people on the trip or ever. on the way from Fes to Merzouga or vice versa, this place is a logical midway to take a break for a night or longer.

Somewhere midway between Fes and Merzouga, Dar Jamila is a comfortable place to stay and relax. It's an authentic mud house, in an old authentic mud village, with a lovely garden. Here among the greenery and silence, you are in paradise! An amazing view from the roof terrace! Wonderful and hearty dinner and breakfast! The host is very kind and polite and extremely friendly! Splendid place, a true paradise, highly recommended!

The hotel is nicely located, clean and well managed. The owner has always paid attention to us and we really enjoyed all our meals here. Tajine kefta and breakfast was delicious. We fully recommend this place. It is a perfect stopover in between the long way of Fez and Merzouga. The hotel is in front of a mountain and a river. Also, it has a terrace in front to enjoy the sun while having a tea.

The host/ owner was so friendly and welcoming. He invited us to Iftar with his family and walked us to the airport at 4am when we had to leave to catch a flight. He went above and beyond. It was 10/15 minute walk which makes it extremely convenient and accessible.

Youssef helped me out with a last minute request to find a sleeping place. Arriving in the middle of the night I had no idea where I ended up but the next morning I woke up in a cosy traditional home with a great view over the Oasis Valley and the hills surrounding the nearby lake. The lake is nearby and offers magnificent views. Youssef was a very thoughtful host. He made Morocco breakfast and was happy to share insight about anything i asked about. He also offered to drive me back to the city with his motorcycle. So, only positive things!

Stuff was super friendly, picked us up from the Airport and drove us back as well. Also helped me to get a SIM Card in the city (drove us there as well). Very friendly and nice to talk to. The Accomodation is very new and super clean !

We loved this stay - the owner was interesting, spoke good English and was super helpful. He let us store our bikes outside the room and showed us round the gardens. The rooms are around a beautifully set out garden with clusters of tables, seating areas, lights and plants. There is a cafe/restaraunt within the gardens and beautiful views of gardens one way and countryside the other. The room was large, furnished in a modern way and was clean.
