Very confortable and clean. Beautiful inside, very nice and pleasant place, with local architecture. It has a nice rooftop, great space for hanging out. The breakfast was very nice as well. Staff was impecable. Really enjoyed the people I met there too, very good vibes and nice conversations. It was very central in the medina, therefore it was very central to the stuff I planned on visiting. I really recommend this hostel experience, you will surely not regret!

The Riad is simply beautiful and very quiet. The rooms are very comfy and the breakfast very good. When you will arrive the first day, Mohamed will pick you up to take you inside the intricate Medina. We stayed in this newly renovated apartment and absolutely loved everything about it! It was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay— a cozy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be better—right in the Medina, just a minute’s walk from the King’s Palace, with all the main attractions nearby. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is super calm, clean, and peaceful. They also offer parking near by. If you're looking for a modern, well-appointed apartment in Tetouan, this is a perfect choice. We highly recommend it!
