We really enjoyed the experience we had with Riad Atlas Palace. The team is fantastic in providing us what we request and explaining all the services. We asked for a transfer from the airport, it worked perfectly. Our flight was really early and we had access to our room before check-in time. We were received with a welcome tea and cookies. The private tour was also very good - we have to pay in cash, but there are several ATM machines close to the Riad. The breakfast has a good variety and is served on the rooftop, which is amazing. The location is great, very close to the Plaza Jeema El Fna, but in a quiet street and out from the souq. The transfer can park really close. We hear no noise at all in the Riad. The Riad is beautiful, very clean and calm, and quite new. The Riad also has SPA service, with accessible prices and experiences including Hamman and Massage. There is always someone to open the door with a smile. We could visit everything in Marrakech by walking. The longest walk was 45 min to the Majorelle Gardens. The wi-fi works quite well. We really enjoyed everything in our stay and we highly recommend this Riad for couples or families.

Beautiful Riad in the Medina and very close to the Souk. Extremely friendly staff! We arrived a lot earlier than our check-in time and were greeted with Tea. They told us to leave our luggage and enjoy Marrakesh. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. There is a stunning rooftop terrace and a pool in the courtyard inside. The food was delicious (even though we overslept breakfast- they were still extremely friendly and prepared a late breakfast for us!) On our check-out date we were again allowed to leave our luggage until we left for the airport. 10/10 would recommend and when we come back, we will absolutely be staying here again.

Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Starting from the pick up at the airport , to greeting us, getting us all comfortable in our room , explaining the near by tourist attractions, the staff were great, they were of great help. The property was very well maintained, very clean, room was cleaned and beds were made with fresh linen everyday. The breakfast is amazing. The aesthetics of the property was very calming and always smelt good.
