The people working there were super nice! Very helpful and always smiling! Food was also very good. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere with a fireplace which was amazing for the slightly cold nights we had when we were there. Morning wake up with the sounds of nature, outside our bedroom window there was a choir of birds which gave us the best morning wake up. Laundry service was also great! Fast, and perfectly done with a great fresh smell! We stayed there to visit Ranomafana National Park, which was about an hour drive to reach it.

A very nice place situated a bit outside of the crazy noise of the city and surrounded by enough nature so that we could relax in our short stay. The rooms are quite big, very clean and comfortable everything with the attention of details (as the soap from the bathroom which is homemade by the owner and you could even find to buy there). A spacious living room and a kitchen are offered for your personal use. Nice upper terrace with an open and beautiful view towards some rice fields. It's was a perfect place for our short transit, and I do recommend it!

The building and its facilities were old, but the place had some great advantages that made up for it. It was in a good location, with lots of restaurants nearby and the Soatrans bus station just a short distance away. During my stay, I was able to take a taxi-brousse for a day trip to visit both Anja Park (a community reserve) and Ranomafana National Park. I really enjoyed the food at the hotel's restaurant, so I had dinner there with a beer. The manager, Mika, was always smiling and friendly, and he kindly gave me all the travel information I needed. Thanks to him, I was able to relax and rest well, both physically and mentally.

The room was wonderful with a beautiful terrace and great views over the upper town. Lovely tasteful wooden interior with furniture in bamboo and a pair of good arm chairs on the terrace to enjoy coffee! The manager was a woman, who clearly not only cared greatly about clients, but also got along really well and respectfully with the rest of the staff. Absolutely lovely stay.

We loved how unique our accommodation was; we stayed in the Train Wagon. The staff, especially the lady who received us was super inviting and happy to share tips on what local food we should try for dinner. I had some form of stir fried vegetables which were absolutely delicious!

Really cute place! Great value for the price, host is very friendly and helpful, she speaks english and french well and prepared as great dinner, even when we arrived really late (after 10.30pm). Room was huge, with double bed and bunk bed as well. And huge suprise - only place in Madagascar when we had REALLY hot shower during 2 months trip! Wifi working good. Adorable place with adorable host!
