We were very warmly welcomed and felt comfortable and at home during our stay. The apartment is beautiful and the location is great for exploring the South. Stenio is an exceptional host, we were very happy at Lakaz Tropical.

By far the nicest place we have ever stayed. Exceeds 5 star hotels. The loveliest staff & owner, most stunning location, beautiful attention to detail- everything is perfect. Every piece of furniture, furnishing, door and all the architecture is gorgeous. Very good taste! The food is fresh and delicious with menu changing daily based on the freshest local ingredients, whilst we were there there was barely anyone else eating so although food price is quite high it was definitely worth it for essentially a private chef experience!

We spent 15 days in the apartment. Everything was perfectly fine, during our stay the equipment in the bathroom and toilet were even replaced with more comfortable ones, and all this only because the owner maintains the house excellently. We also had a rented car from the host and unfortunately someone broke into it near the store. The owner of the house is a complete professional and by the morning he sorted everything out with the police and they caught the culprit. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning. We felt completely safe here. We can only recommend. The apartment was cleaned every day and towels were changed every other day. It was an absolutely exceptional stay for us and our 4-year-old son. From the apartment, we made trips all over the island and the vast majority on the recommendation of the lady who handed over the car to us. The overall impression of our stay is excellent. There is nothing we can fault. We wish many, many satisfied tourists and good luck. We thank Mr. Razz and his family for a pleasant vacation. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommended. New, modern, furnished with love. We had personal warm welcome, owner was very friendly and nice, responded quickly when we needed something. We had car, so for us location was really good, close to beaches, hills, national park, activities, supermarke, etc. I would book it again.

The apartment is spotless and the Host is just a lovely person, I can't recommend it highly enough, there's even a small restaurant 1 minutes walk, shhh, don't tell everyone it'll be booked when we need it.

    Good location of the place, in calm and local area of Baie du Cap, outside of tourists resorts, still close to the beach. The rooms are located downstairs of a one family house, with nice garden view and access to open-air kitchen. Owners were very welcoming and friendly, helpful with all questions. Totally recommended this place if you do not like crowds or need some relax.

    Beautiful and spotless clean place, stunning view to wake up to and enjoying the sunset from the terrace in the evening. The sleepy village has everything you need and is close to Chamarel, Black River Gorge hikes, Le Morne UNESCO site (and dreamy beaches!) and kite spots. The host is an absolute superstar, always sharing good vibes and advise if needed. I would come back any time.

    The room and building are modern, especially for Mauritius standards. The location is nice and quiet and I felt safe at all times. Highlight of the stay are the hosts! They are so welcoming and making sure that you have a lovely stay. I can definitely recommend this accommodation.
