Our stay at Hotel Solana Bacalar Lakefront was a pleasure from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a beautiful setting right by the lagoon, with peaceful surroundings and views that make you slow down and relax. The reception and restaurant/bar staff were genuinely excellent — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the stay feel personal and easy, and we really appreciated the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

I’m a solo traveler from Taiwan. This place is amazing. If you like a quiet and calm atmosphere. Everything is clean. I love the big window in the room. It’s near to the lagoon. They have great service! I was sick but they took care of me so much! I supposed to stay for only 2nights but I extended to 4nights. I love it 😍

Everything was wonderful! The villa was really spacious and nothing was missing! Alex was super friendly at the reception. The location is a bit outside Bacalar but it was great because it was so peaceful! They have a gym and the swimming pool was huge!

Naya bacalar was fantastic! Beautifully designed huts with nice lighting and private pool. Food options were great. Service was excellent and Javier was especially good and attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. Very short walk to lakefront area (currently shared with agave blue) and organising kayaks through hotel was no problem. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful newly furnished property right on the lake. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The ability to book the palapa for a private meal on the lake was a huge highlight for us. The food was also absolutely delicious - expect fine dining!

We loved the location, so close to the lagoon and walking distance to everything in town. The breakfast was delicious a great coffee too. The rooftop was excellent for watching the sunrise and cooling off in the pool. The hotel has bikes you can take out and about to explore which was a bonus. Beautiful planing and decor.
