I come to George Town for the second time, I will choose this hotel again. The location is very good and brand new. It's really comfortable to stay in the public area. 😌 There are fewer rooms in this store. It's not so noisy. I'm very lucky to be the fifth resident of nio. The toilet and bathroom are separated. The room is warmly arranged. The public area will be equipped with IKEA cups. The three-in-one will be replenished in time every day. Coffee and tea. There are also tableware and microwave ovens. Water dispensers and refrigerators are available in the public area. knowing that I was going to leave the george town the next day, noi also specially asked me to take some coffee. Noi is super good. 🥹🥹The hotel is also great！！！🥰🥰🥰🥰

We are in luck because the property is new! We chose to stay here because we wanted to experience how is it feels like staying in a local heritage houses in Penang. We love how the owner transformed the prewar shophouses into modern living heritage guesthouse while preserve the authenticity vibes of the property. Super clean ,clean air-conditioned ( new clean air-condition) ceiling fan ,big room common clean kitchen with free sugar tea coffee bread and pastrys gift from Aayu team ,our toilet and bathroom was private but as described it was outside of our bedroom (worked perfect for us),the best location you can have in George town is definitely this place ,all places malls, central bus stop, Armenian street ,art street ,china street all are about 10 -20 minutes walk, excellent communication with the responsible of the heritage villa, although the neighbourhood is alive afternoon and night with music restaurants etc the heritage villa is peaceful and relax unless you sleep before 22:00 which there is a little bit of local singing noice ,after 22:00 is silent ,safe neighbourhood ,safe parking outside of the villa for bikes

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Penang Marriott hotel. The service provided by Ivan and the team was exceptional. Everybody was attentive and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay even more special. The location of the hotel perfect, away from the hustle of George Town.
