Room was big, with all facilities as described, check in was swift and easy, Joey at the reception desk was a star. Check in and check out was just a button away. Meet fredrica at the bistro...she was so helpful and made the bistro experience wow. She was the reason why we arlte twice at the restaurant

Very quirky guesthouse, filled with antiques and collectables (the owner is a TV antiques expert in the Netherlands). My single room was small but beautifully decorated, with a window facing the canal. It was peaceful location and I slept well. There's a local restaurant just across from the hotel, so dinner was easy. Breakfast was fruit salad, yoghurt, pastries, ham, cheese, smoked salmon, eggs and bacon - amazing. Staff were super friendly and proud of the place they worked. They have two (large) bicycles for rent and the journey into central Utrecht took about 20 mins on a bike.

The boat house was exactly as shown in the photo and much nicer and very clean. The mattresses were nice and firm. Beautiful spot for relaxing and enjoying boat ride to the nearest lake. Robert was very responsive to any queries that we had. We were sorry that our stay was very short here, and we will definitely come back here if we come back to Netherland again. Place is very Beautiful ❤️❤️ we stayed for only one day and this place is so beautiful that we need atleast 3-4 days to enjoy and relax.. Host was also very friendly and accommodating. We reached the property very late(11pm). But he still was very accommodating and he opened doors for us . Overall very good experience

    Perfect location to get to know Amsterdam and Utrecht areas. Restaurant also went out of their way to prepare delicious food for us when arriving late one evening. Really good hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious and very clean rooms! Enjoyed our stay very much, will definitely return. Thanks!

    This hotel was a surprise for us!It was in an amazing location on the sides of a canal where many beautiful villas were built in a green landscape.The room was very spacious,clean and it had everything we need.Wi-Fi was good and parking outside of the hotel.Most of all we enjoyed our dinner in the hotel’s restaurant overlooking the canal!We will always remember this place!

    The location is excellent for people who love a calm environment. The walks/bike rides in the evening and in the morning are fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, and the room (The Face) was spacious. The hotel is very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht.
