The location is peaceful and safe, yet conveniently close to shops and local eateries. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food. Every meal was freshly prepared, full of authentic Nepali flavors, and served with such care that it felt like dining with family. It’s clear the hosts take pride in sharing their culture and hospitality with guests. What I loved most was the personal connection — the hosts truly make you feel special, taking the time to chat, share stories, and ensure you’re comfortable at all times. Very clean bedsit apartment with all you need to stay. Neighbourhood is non-touristy but lots of small shops and stalls, and you can walk down to Patan restaurants in less than 10 mins. I would dock a point or two because the apartments all face the (not very busy) back-street and it's a little noisy if you're a light sleeper as it's single-glazed. But the staff were so nice and helpful, I'll bump the score back up to a nine.

The place is super homely and also private. The kitchen had oil, some spices & vegtables, it is fully equipped. The host is polite and very helpful at any time. During my stay i pulled a muskle and he immediately offered me a ride to the hospital and cooked breakfast the next morning as i could not walk. The place has good wifi and a nice view on the hills from the roof.

The hotel architecture is superb. It's like going back in the centuries but with all the comfort of the modern accommodation. The room is a bit small but very cozy, the bathroom is spacious with a superb shower tub. All the structure is very clean, and the location is fantastic. The building and the room are cozy and have character. Even if the room is not too big, is anyway confortable and very clean. The staff has been constantly taking care of me and has been very friendly and helpful. Very tasty Breakfast in the lovely roof terrace. Location is amazing, in the hearth of the old city and is just two minutes walking from Durbar Square.
