Everything was great, the room so comfy, very clean, the location was amazing, Such a beautiful place but the best thing was the staff, Dilips (the cook and the manager) amazing people, the rest of the staff as well, they helped me book everything, my guided tours with the best guide in town, they picked me up in the bus stop, everything was amazing ❤️ the foooood was insane!!! I have absolutely loved my time here. I wasn’t expecting such a sweet and welcoming family after the hectic days I spent in Kathmandu. If you want to have the best safari experience, this is the place. Bishnu it’s so pasionate about everything, you will feel that wildlife is truly his passion. We had the luck to see 3 tigers in the same place and a lot of ryhones, I think we spotted in one day more than 10. I did safari and walk in jungle, both experience were unique.

I along with my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Resort & Spa by Riverside in Chitwan, Nepal, and it was exceptional experience from start to finish.The resort’s location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding jungle and the river creating a peaceful ambiance. This is a great hotel to stay in Chitwan. Fantastic rooms, great restaurant,it was the best food i ate in Nepal . The staff are all first class, especially the manager hes brilliant & good fun too . The trips they arranged for me where really good & value for money too I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who want to visit Chitwan national Park.

Our two nights at Sanctuary were an exceptional experience, the facilities are even better in person, staff are highly accommodating and the food is great with lots of options available. Our guide for the activities was knowledgeable and engaging, and we were even upgraded to a villa on arrival (which was enormous!) Also, transport to and from the hotel was easy to arrange at late notice if needed.

The kindness of the owner, the cook and all the personal. The place itself is magic. The safaris in Chitwan National Park, guided by the owner. The opportunity to see a wild rhino so near walking in the street at Sauraha (2 kms away from the hotel). Amazing!!!

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
