Kate was super helpful and was available to offer us suggestions for the area and about the property. She also ran very reasonably priced group yoga classes that my family loved attending. The villa we rented was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped with kitchen equipment and lovely linen, and although it doesn’t have a television, we played a number of new, different games as a family of 5 adults. Al was amazingly kind and helpful. Their home is lovely, the room was super comfy and spotlessly clean. We were received with homemade biscuits, tea, and coffee. In the morning, the homemade breakfast pleasantly surprised us and was the perfect complement to continue our travels. We decided to stop in Greymouth just to rest overnight during our trip, and choosing Al and Rosie's place for this purpose was an excellent decision. Without a doubt, we would recommend them and stay again anytime we are in Greymouth.

Very quiet, neat, and tidy room with a bathroom. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They took us on a historical drive and explained all the interesting places. Best coffee in NZ. Wayne prepared a great breakfast. John was so kind even to clean the windows of our car. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
