The undercover car park, the spacious living area, not to mention the fabulous views of the mountains and the sea. And being able to hear the waves was breath-taking. Having a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped. Shops and restaurants were are short walk away. There's a cafe and restaurant only two minutes walk away that cater for people with food allergies/intolerances. And seeing dolphins from our balcony with the use of the apartment telescope was just exciting.

We want to emphasize the extremely fine accomodation - brandnew and very tasteful interior and furnishment. We felt very comfortable and at home in Angela’s apartment. Not to mention Angela’s hospitality and extraordinary personal service: She spontaneously offered us a lift from the busstop to the apartment and furthermore took us to the point Key viewpoint, and brought ur luggage to the bus again. Lovely big house with spectacular views over South Bay as well as the snow on the mountains. We were lucky enough to have front row seats watching a particularly cold southerly blast come through Kaikoura while sitting by the warm, cosy fire. Luckily for us, the weather changed the following days so we could fully enjoy the Kaikoura Trotting Cup. The house is an easy walk down to the racecourse. There are also other wonderful walking/ biking trails close by. A perfect house for a group of friends or 2 families staying together. Lots of room outside for kids to play and heaps of parking for boats and cars. We loved the feel of the bach. It is so refreshing to stay in a bach that is not too modern and sterile.
