The apartment was really big and spacious, with comfortable beds and furnishings and a really well equipped kitchen. Great location in the little town centre, and attached to a pub which served really good food, either to eat in the pub, or to takeaway. An ideal location for us to explore the beautiful Catlins area.

It was spacious, had everything we needed in the cabin and on top a big kitchen and bbq to use for everyone. From the park we could see the see lions. There‘s even a coffee shack next door. Just perfect.

    This place is spotlessly clean, homely and the staff are amazingly helpful and don’t mind spending time answering questions about what to do in the surrounding area. It has good facilities, washing and drying machines, communal kitchen and nice dining area. The Lodge used to be hospital so lots of rooms and wooden floor corridors. Quiet location with hens wandering outside. You can buy their eggs - I love this place as have been before. It’s peaceful and friendly clean and tidy and you feel the owner goes the extra mile with a smile.
