I had the pleasure of staying in a stunning villa in Fins, Oman, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The villa is perfectly located in the first row facing the beach, offering a magical view of the ocean that left us in awe every day. The villa itself is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the modern facilities one could ask for. Everything was in pristine condition, from the super clean bed sheets and towels to the fully functional appliances, including a dishwasher that was a great effort and time saver. The outdoor terrace was a highlight, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening under the stars, the ambiance was unique and incomparable. What made our stay even more special was the host. They were exceptionally kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with any request promptly. Overall, this villa is a gem that combines luxury, comfort, and nature’s beauty. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape. I myself will definitely go again 🌊🌴

What a view. The most clear water outside the House on the beach. This property is perfect after going to Wadi Shab. You Can relax afterwards here. There is a terasse and a pool. Very clean room.

Tiwi nomad was lovely and in a great location, however it was the staff that really made our trip amazing. Farhan in particular went above and beyond at every opportunity, giving us great local recommendations and helping us with absolutely everything. There is something quite magical about this location, and the layout is quite lovely, right on the beach, and my goodness swimming in the sea here at sunrise was one of my favourite memories from my trip to Oman. Nasser is a very kind and attentive host, who prepared a nice BBQ fish dinner for us. We saw turtles when we were swimming in the sea.

Fig Shades is a great place to relax and a great base to visit Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi/Mibam. Mr. Santosh is a very kind and helpful host! He helped me arrange a trip to Wadi Mibam at a great price by Omani standards, which is great because the road to get there is difficult. There are also 3 restaurants nearby (10 min walk) as well as grocery shops (5-10 min walk). The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool is also nice. When you reach the big tree on the side of the road (the one that’s shown on Google street view), keep going a few meters towards the flyover and you’ll find a ‘Fig Shades’ signboard. If you can’t read Arabic, it’s the hotel next to 'Tiwi Omantel Telephone Exchange’ on Google Maps.

Excellent location, 1 min drive after ur 4 hour wadi shabi trek and swim was perfect and then host made excellent dinner and breakfast at good price on the cliff edge so u need not leave the space ....
