Me and my girlfriend spent a night in this beatiful house. The house is very big and comfortable, it has got all the services you need, including a private parking. We asked for dinner and breakfast and the neighbors prepared typical Omani dishes for us, really good! The place is amazing, you are in Jabal Shams at 1900 meters on the sea level, the landscape is breathtaking and is near the beginning of the balcony walk hiking, a 5 km trekking that is wonderful because you walk on the edge of the amazing Wadi Ghul.

Incredibly clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet, isolated, beautiful location. Pool was a nice option. I felt like this place was a mini vacation inside our vacation. We really enjoyed our stay: the traditional architecture of the house is stunning, and the rooms and facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. Lack of wifi was not perceived as a minus, but as a plus: it's a great choice to make visitors focus on the surrounding beauties and live a more authentic experience (eg by stargazing and gathering on the private fireplace). The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Finally, the location is very convenient as it's close to many of the most important trails and viewpoints of the area.

The boy who is managing the house is fantastic. He managed for us also a very good dinner and breakfast. The rooms are new, very big and clean and the house is calm and peaceful. It is 10 min by car from the balcony walk W6 trek and 2 min by car from Jabal shams view point. I stayed here with my group (avventure nel mondo) and all the participants appreciated 🥰 very good place to stay
