Er really liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and staff. Even if we asked a lot of questions he was patient and answered everything with a smile and helped us out with the itinerary. A bonus is that it’s right next to a beach where you can see turtles popping their heads up and bioluminescent plankton at night. And it’s a very short drive or a 1km walk to Wadi Shab entrance. And you can find great food in the village a few km away. Rooms were nice and clean as well.

The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The bed linen was impeccable. The towels were in dry-cleaning bags. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a refrigerator and a separate freezer where you can store the fish bought from the fishermen at the port. There was a barbecue area with a banquet table. A wonderful inner courtyard with plenty of greenery.

A small, charming hotel with great attention to detail. It has a small but nice pool. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. It is located at the beginning of Wadi Tiwi & Wadi Mibam. Both wadis can be reached by car in about 15 minutes and were great! We skipped Wadi Shab - too many people. You can have dinner at the hotel and it's delicious and fairly priced. Farhan and his staff do a great job and are so friendly and helpful. We can warmly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic location (3 min walk from wadi shab starting point). Breathtaking view! Turtles swimming in the water! Nice pool, we enjoyed it. The man who welcomed us was nice, we had good breakfast and dinner as well one night. Rooms are big, the beds were clean and comfortable. We had to arrive a day earlier and the owner was flexible to accomodate is last minute. Thank you!

The location is perfect if you are visiting Tiwi Beach, Wadi Shab or anything in this area. It has a nice view and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is always around and will help you if you need anything. It is easy to reach by car, and is close to the small center where there are three restaurants and some shops. All of them are locals, which also gives this place a "authentic" vibe. Tiwi Beach is close, and we were so lucky to see turtles swimming around. Here we also got invited for coffee by a family, and got to see how Omanis spend their evening camping at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying in a stunning villa in Fins, Oman, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The villa is perfectly located in the first row facing the beach, offering a magical view of the ocean that left us in awe every day. Everything was in pristine condition, from the super clean bed sheets and towels to the fully functional appliances, including a dishwasher that was a great effort and time saver. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening under the stars, the ambiance was unique and incomparable. What made our stay even more special was the host. They were exceptionally kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with any request promptly. Overall, this villa is a gem that combines luxury, comfort, and nature’s beauty. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape. I myself will definitely go again 🌊🌴
