Friendly hosts with useful info and insights in the life there. Very helpful advice for activities like hiking and visits in the area. Having breakfast with a view of the beach can hardly be beaten! Gordon and Antonio are wonderful hosts and create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Their dogs and cats only add to the charm and warmth of the B&B. Just one minute from the beach. You can hear the waves crashing on the shore and enjoy the well groomed tropical garden while swinging in your hammock. The breakfasts of fresh fruits, eggs and yummy warm bread are a treat and very satisfying. Togo B&B is a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle.

Very nice small hotel with comfortable rooms with private bathrooms (hot showers available). Beautiful garden and lots of spots to sit down and have a quiet time or play billiard or table tennis. The restaurant is available on-site with included delicious breakfasts as well as a menu for lunch or dinner. There was one evening with live music entertainment during our short stay. Amazing second garden with a nice pool and ocean view. Very close to gorgeous Farallon Beach where we could walk for hours. The most important to mention is the friendly and very caring staff in the hotel that made our stay very comfortable. Very nice time at Casa Guardia, and we recommend this hotel to anybody.

The food was superb and the prices were very affordable. Breakfast was a typical Panamanian dish with fruits and we were completely satisfied. Dinner was also top notch. We had the shrimp and it was prepared tastily and fingerlicking good. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Even though it's not on the beach, it's just a minute away. If you don't like the beach, the property has a small pool where you can bask in the sun. Mr. Miguel was a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Escapada al mar in Panama! The place was exactly what we were looking for on our way back to Panama City —comfortable, clean, and perfectly located near the beach. One of the highlights was the access to a private beach club, complete with a swimming pool as well as sunbeds, and parasols on the beach - it really elevated the whole experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. We felt very well taken care of and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway by the sea!
