Owners Annie and Michael were there at the property and so accommodating and friendly! The General Manager, Gabriel, was awesome. He took care of everything for us including finding us a tour guide. TJ, the bartender was so nice and made us the best frozen drinks! Food was amazing and view of Pacific Ocean was unbeatable. We'll definitely be back. I think it is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Inside each shared room there were two bathrooms that were always clean. The beds are very comfortable and the common areas are super nice. Joyce, the girl at the front desk, is wonderful! I would definitely come back.

There isn’t one thing we didn’t like at Izustarri! This place is beyond special. The hosts were incredible, friendly, communicative, kind, and helpful. The location is a perfect quiet oasis and the rooms and shared spaces are like nothing I have ever experienced before. They were incredibly stunning and comfortable and I loved everything about it.

The place is located at the north of the island in what seems to be a remote area which is anything but that. It s located in a small village which is surrounded by other villages where you can find every need in. This hostel has has an incredible intimate social space where you can meet exceptional, interesting, kind and genuine, like minded people who are looking to have some quiet from the hustle and bustle of General Luna. The staff are just as welcoming and lovely, extremely helpful and kind and will always lend a helping hand for whatever need you have. This place let's you connect with the locals in a way you rarely see and it's truly a wonderful experience. On top of all that it s very comfortable, close to amazing beaches and can give you a great "home" vibe especially on longer stays.

Very calm location and the accommodation was superfresh, newlybuilt with all the ammenadies you could wish for. A big bathroom, nice bedroom with ac, a common outdoors kitchen and a own little terrace. The family who owned it was also amazing and so accomodating, they helped us with everything we needed and made our stay really nice!

It was such a beautiful homestay, you get a small apartment to yourself. Its clean and look like the pictures. I really enjoyed my me night there, I’d love to have stay longer. It had a little kitchen and they provided you with drinking water.
