Amazing! The place is newly built. Really clean and comfortable. With very good use of space and design. The owners were very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this to all. I wish I have a place like this.

The accommodation was very conveniently located for us while visiting nearby family. We could park our rental car right outside and the convenience store below the accommodation had all the essentials. It was nice and quiet at night and we sensed that the hosts had exactly the right attitude as they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was a temporary issue with the water pressure in our room but the hosts jumped straight on the problem, called out a plumber and rectified it. This is one of the ways in which they demonstrated excellent customer service.

The unit had some of the essentials for a comfortable stay and it was close enough to Philippine Arena, which is our main destination. It was one tricycle ride away and we paid about 200-250 pesos.

This one is a scam. The middle man was asking for a national ID and 500 pesos for security deposit . When asked if the person could scan the ID in person, that person told me that he was not in the unit. I didn't proceed with staying there. The next day, the same person texted me that the lid of the cookware had been broken within the duration of my stay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ADVERTISEMENT! THIS ONE IS A SCAM!
