Everything! It was seamless, and the hosts were so considerate about my check-in and check-out options. After a long day of going around or just simply working at home, I felt really comfy. My Filipina fiancé and I stayed at this condo for 10 days. We had absolutely a wonderful time. Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. This condo unit is first class – welcoming, extremely clean, luxurious, comfortable, quiet and packed full of amenities. The kitchen was filled with all of the amenities needed. We can cook like home with all the utensils. The bed is comfy and spacious, you can get a great night sleep. The internet is fast, we didn’t experience any issue. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. You can see the view of Samal Island from there. We loved having our coffee there every morning and chilling while drinking cold red horse in the afternoon. We have several pictures from the balcony that are just dreamy because you can see lights around the city at night. The condo itself is comfortable, nicely decorated and everything you need is there. This place has an easy access to the malls, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, night market and church. The service from the owner/ property manager were just great! Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our overall experience with staying here was awesome and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place at a very reasonable price. We can’t wait to stay here again when we go back to Davao City. Thank you, Simple Haven Condo! 11/10 for me.

Great Stay with Excellent Location and Service This apartment and overall had a very positive experience. The apartment was well-maintained and clean, making it a comfortable place to stay. The location is fantastic, especially for business travelers like myself, with easy access to key areas. The staff at AEON Tower were consistently friendly and helpful, which added a lot to the convenience and comfort of my stay. The only downside was the lack of hot water in the apartment, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a great spot in the city.

I recently stayed at Balay Bahandi Condominiums, and it was an amazing experience! The place was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy yet modern vibe that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to key spots in Davao, but tucked away enough for some peace and quiet. The amenities were top-notch, including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and reliable Wi-Fi, which was especially helpful for our stay. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Balay Bahandi to anyone visiting Davao! Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
