We felt very welcome here, after we quite late in the evening booked a room. Our room was fine and quiet at night. The kitchen facilities was good, with a usable kitchen and a hang out area. We were only staying in Bethlehem for one night, but we would go back here if we come back.

This was a family-run hotel with modern amenities. Staff were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to help with transport, recommendations, and services. The room was modern, clean, well designed, and very spacious. The building and story was unique and everyone in the family was professional and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Really friendly and honest owner. You should ask him about taxi, tour, shopping for the best rate. He is really hospitable and will do everything to accommodate you. He checked in on WhatsApp in advance to make sure I’m good before arrival. In addition: the tasty water is from their well at home.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, a few minutes walk away from the Church of Nativity. You have to go through a busy market to get there, which I enjoyed. I also walked this route in the evening alone and it was safe. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast, and the staff was very welcoming.
