It was my first time in Palau. Hotel provide excelent service, i am planning to stay in this jotel for my follow up visit and highly recommend this place. Manager, reception, all staff were very polite and exceed level of service expected.

Great location. Easy 5-10 minutes walk to town where supermarkets, restaurants and stores are located. The hotel is clean and safe. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Internet is great. Washing and dryer machines available for a cheap price - a bonus.

Owner Stephanie was so nice and had lots of local advice . They do nice things like turn the air on before you arrive. Breakfast was a fresh bento made that morning by restaurant below. Was delicious . Overall great stay

I booked this hotel for my colleagues who were doing hard work in harsh environment in Palau. Comparing with the first hotel they stayed, Insland Paradise is definitely worthy of the name. I was not here this time but I will make sure to stay here to experience myself in the upcoming trip.

I went back after my liveaboard again in Yogi because I had a good time the first week of my stay and the same was after. Hotels in Palau are expensive and this is a right place to stay, semple but not missing any confort.

It was such mistaken when I thought I got unauthorized credit card spending in hotel. I really appreciate the staff patient and help! They provide immediately help and clarification for me.
