Honestly everything thing was excellent...the staff was amazing starting from Omar the reception manager ending by the restaurant staff ( their manager,Anjilika and Nitish. The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people. Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

Absolutely amazing experience every part of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The entire team from the reception to valet to housekeeping was simply outstanding! I truly felt like royalty during my stay. The level of service, attention to detail, and warmth from the staff made me feel so special like a princess! Amazing hotel, all luxury facilities for a 5 stars. Smooth check in, we got an upgraded room and welcome cookies. Big room, very clean with all amenities , great view. Staff amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best i had with lots of options from all cuisines. The Spa and pool were my highlight. Nobody was there and we had the place just for us😊. Loved the ice towels they gave in the sauna and relaxation room. There is a shopping mall in front and u can move arround with Uber very easily. Loved our stay and we will come back.

    The staff were helpful. Hotel was very clean. Prices were right when we booked. They allowed and accomadeted an early checkin even though the official check in in Doha is 2 PM. The location is good too. It is close enough to the airport and other points of interest. Further when we were there uber worked and was fairly cheap, so transport was no problem. They have a hotel in the basement with fairly good food.

    The staff was fantastic and it was close to the pearl and a mall nearby. The location overall is great and the hotel itself is spotless. The gym has everything you would need and the pool is great. The food is diverse and affordable and they cater gluten free food if you ask for it. The internet is fast and very stable, great for work meetings.

    Good location for a layover in Doha: close to the airport but also close to some other sights if you have some time to kill. Had a good sleep in between flights. Very comfy, very clean, and a surprisingly affordable bar on site.
