Excellent place to stay. Apartment (Deluks suite) was very clean and modern. Great breakfast as well. Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help. location is perfect for everybody who want to avoid the crowds at downtownis witch is within easy reach.

We are a married couple on a road trip from Thessaloniki (Greece). First stop, Beograd. We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was amazing, comfortable, and very clean. We had a parking spot inside the facility's garden as well. The host was very kind and helpful. Very nice and quiet location. The city center is about 30 minutes by bus if you are not using your car inside the city as we did. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Highly recommended!!

The host, Filip, truly deserves a 10/10! The check-in was smooth and professional, and communication was quick and clear. A private parking space in the underground garage was a huge bonus. The apartment is in a new building, equipped with absolutely everything needed for short and extended stays. Very comfortable bed, the linens and towels were spotless. The location is very convinient, not far from the city center. Excellent experience, we’ll definitely come back!

Very positive host. Good location in Belgrade. Vracar is old quarter of the city. We had private parking place with automatic door and good security. Room and bath was so clean and good equipment. Near to the place have a good local restaurant named "Mali Ustanak" with traditional Serbian meat culinary! :)
