New and very well equipped but needs coffee press or drip filter type of machine. The heating and AC are excellent and works perfectly. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor. The Internet didn't work when we arrived but the hosts fixed it remotely- full marks.

The hosts were so nice and stayed up for our arrival at 23:30 in the evening. Very sweet of them. The also have a bakery just closeby where you can buy breakfast. Big free parking spot was also a big plus.
