This apartment is very spacious and overlooks a harbour. Although it is close to the coastal road it was never noisy. The beds were good as were the bathroom facilities. We gained access to the apartment a couple of hours before check-in time and the room was excellent. There is a good kitchen and the area has a nice sofa to sit on. The apartment is a short walk from a few shops and takeaways. The site has free parking for a car.

Big, clean space with everything you need. Lovely owner picked us up from Airport. Pet tortoises in the yard! Only stayed one night due to late flight arrival but if you are on a budget this would be a fantastic choice.

Everything about my stay at Residence Praslinoise was amazing! The environment was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The pool was great — perfect for relaxing after a day out. I also appreciated the simple details and thoughtful touches that showed great attention to guests’ comfort. I'll start with the details, I'll end with what really impressed me. The location is very well positioned, just a 4-minute walk from the famous Cote D'Or beach. The cleanliness in the apartment is at the highest level. Also the linen and towels. Here you can see the involvement of the staff, but especially the care of the administrator. And, yes, now let's talk about the property manager. Attention, about the accommodation manager! I don't want to talk about the owner. Elke, accommodation manager, is a person I have rarely met in my travels, which have not been few. I can describe Elke as a super professional host in tourism, but above all as a very pleasant person. From the first meeting until departure, Elke made sure that we didn't miss anything and made us feel special. She treated us as if we had been friends for life. But that's not all. Elke had a key helper to make our stay unforgettable: her daughter, but especially her son, little Michael, who is such a well-behaved, friendly and generous child that I even said goodbye to him with tears in my eyes. A wonderful child! In conclusion, I have only words of praise for the apartment we stayed in, but I have special thanks for Elke, she was the one who made us feel superlative!

This is top of the world. Literally. Best views. Accommodation itself is also quite fabulous, full kitchen and grilling area. Bedroom is efficient. The best feature is outdoor shower, I don't think we used one inside once. This is a place for contemplating and stargazing. Vincent is a great host and also graciously let us use for late checkout times. One advice I would have was to take a full wheel drive car to enjoy experience as both public road and lane to the house are steep climb.

Everything. It’s a perfect place to stay, with é everything you need and with an amazing view. Ronnie told us to put some bred on the balcony for the birds, and it was amazing, we had 5 different kinds of birds there every morning and evening, strongly advise to do the same

Beautifully located, the views are amazing. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are very good. The room was spacious and clean, quiet and with gorgeous views. Fresh water bottles refilled daily. The staff are extremely welcoming. They really look after this paradisiac place and they do their best to make travelers happy. The activities organized on location are totally worth the price. This place really made our trip to the Seychelles unforgettable. We hope to be back soon!

Location was perfect, the beach is amazing. The apartment was very nice and the facilities in the apartment were excellent. For us, a car was essential to be able to go out for dinner in the evenings and see other parts of the island throughout the day.

We had high expectations based on previous reviews and photos, and our stay exceeded them! Sunrises and sunsets were incredible from the common deck space. We loved the location, it was out of the way from touristy areas and very peaceful and quiet, with easy access to Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette. The host and staff were all lovely and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped.

It is best place on Seychelles. We travelled along many islands but never met the better beach and location. The staff is very friendly, the garden around is marvellous. 50 meters near the beach.

The location is superb, directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Audrey family are the kindest hosts I've ever met, always attentive to details and the comfort of their guests.
