This is a true gem, perfect from start to finish. Nice relaxing view, working internet and Jao is the perfect host, taking time to talk and explain island life. Went to another place in the south after this which was totally opposite.

The house is beatiful and has a wonderful seaview. Too big just for 1 person but it was the only available by the time i went there. Perfect for a family of 4 or a group of friends. The kitchen is spacious and well equiped to cook. The bedrooms have queen size beds...plenty of space and well cleaned sheets and towels. Definitly will come back

We loved absolutely everything there. It is on a perfect spot, in a lovely village close to an amazing surf spot. Spacious and very well equipped. From the first day we felt home. Incredibly beautiful accommodation right in the heart of jungle. Amazing views and delicious local food served in the restaurant. We were also helped to organise a tour with a guide in Obo park starting from Jardim Botanico. All in all, I would surely stay again in Roça Saudade
