Excellent location, especially if you love to watch planes landing and taking off, it’s quite extraordinary but my wife loved it, Reception were great, especially Donette, who helped us as our luggage had been left in Paris by Air France. We had a double room, very spacious, nice balcony with views across the bay, good cooking facilities and great air conditioning ( which was needed)also very clean Great pool with access to a private beech and the Tortue restaurant which serves great food with stunning views We were a little disappointed with the local choice of foods, which were quite expensive, 5 usd for a portion of chips And was very Americanised which was a shame. A nice place for a weeks relaxing stay

Mind blowing amazing location!!! Great service being welcomed by the property host!!! Always checking in with us making sure we are good or in need of anything....extremely helpful!!!... very clean well kept apartment!!!....ocean and pool view from the apartment is gorgeous!!!!! 1401 is the place to stay if you want a central location to a small score of locally owned restaurants/grocery stores, a beautiful beach (Mullet Bay) all within a 5 min walk, gated parking, a well-appointed apartment with every amenity one could possibly want with an amazing view and the most attentive, knowledgeable host. I have nothing but rave reviews and would highly recommend.

    The location was close to good restaurants, beaches, night life and the airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. Overall a great experience.

    Ridiculously overpriced hotel not offering breakfast, with no dining options. So cheap - not even a complimentary bottle of water (all other hotels around do offer water/breakfast). Will not recommend to anybody this hotel!!! Beach is tiny, with sharp rocks - hard to enter water. No other facilities!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!
