The room I was in is spacious and clean (they clean your bed everyday so you get a fresh towel each day, the toilets is been clean daily as well), the aircon worked perfectly well. The had some products like shampoo and soup for everyone to use. Same with breakfast, you can easily make a toast and have a coffee looking at the nice view from the balcony. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

This is hidden paradise! I went on a solo trip but never felt solo once single day. The staff were so nice and kind I can’t thanked them enough for making my stay unforgettable! I spent my bday which is on Xmas eve and they all sang happy birthday to me with a pancake with my name! I wanted a week to relax and this is what I got! We stayed in July. The room was very nice, spacious, modern, and very clean — it looked newly renovated and even had a big sofa. The pool area was also big and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach (although it’s more like a port, not for swimming) and only 200 meters from the pier, so it’s super convenient when you arrive with luggage. It’s also close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, and they offer discounts for their restaurant (20% one time) and massages (15%). The restaurant was good, with sea views. The breakfast was complete with eggs, coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc., and it’s cheaper if you buy it directly at the hotel. The gym was very nice — we used it twice.

Great location only a short walk from the pier and ideally located to walk everywhere on the island. The air conditioning in the room was unreal. The pool was very clean and is a sun trap during the day.

The hotel was located in an ideal location, very close to everything but still far away enough to not have too much noise disturbing you. The pool and the pool bar are really nice and offer some nice shaded spots throughout the day. The room was a good size and was very clean. The reception area is fine, shame there is no air con! The restaurant/breakfast area is also nice with no air con but the breakfast selection makes up for it.

The location and the treatment of guests by lady at the reception. Always had biscuits and fruit juice. The beer we can by for cheaper rate at reception. They will guide and book your ferry and day trips. They are Very informative about how to spend time in phi phi islands. Without even asking they shifted my bed from upper to lower level. Very clean rooms abd environment without much noise from party spots hyt very close to reach out.
