Near the metro for Monastir and Madia , the trains and inside la medina. For a solo traveler is an excellent choice, cause the room is single and small. The price is extremely cheap and to be honest it is the best choice for someone that wants to see sousse for one or two days. Note that this is not a private beach so there will be locals trying to sell things. The property had several bars which served food throughout the day.
