Most of all the staff, they were friendly. Tentative in wanting to meet all your needs whatever they were.. The location was fantastic, I couldn’t have a better location. The food was absolutely excellent fresh pot and everything that you would want. Excellently prepared. Requests were taken care of immediately. Tranquility/peaceful is the environment of the hotel.

The Double room with Double bed was very clean, with a comfortable bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. The position is good to visit Sultanahmet neighbourhood, but far from the Beyoglu area (easy to reach by taxi). The hotel also has a sauna and a heated swimming pool that close at 8pm

The location is great, a quiet street, but super close to the main attractions. The staff is extremely nice and helpful - you can really feel that they are ready to go extra mile for the comfort of the guests. They gave us a lot of tips for places to eat and also presented us with a small cake as it was a birthday of one of the guests. The room is also quite clean and comfortable, the bed was great.

The hotel is close to the main attractions in Istanbul, but in a quite place. Everything was just fine, very polite, kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean, spacious room, good breakfast. As an example, my wife left her cardigan in the airport transfer car, and with the leadership of Fouad the staff could get it back, a special thank to everyone involved in it! We felt that the receptionists, the cleaning team and the personal at the breakfast all worked very hard to make sure we could have a good time!

    Very friendly and welcoming staff. Moaaz and Bilal at reception desk helped us with every single need during our stay like ordering taxi, meals, luggage etc. Nice & clean property. Taxi staff friendly and welcoming. Taxi service on time at pick up location.

    Very good hospitality from the staff. We are allowed to check in earlier. The staff helped to carry our luggage from taxi door to room door despite our room was just on the ground floor. Comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable space of bathroom. Their toiletries were from Bvlgari btw, smells so good. Location very nearby airport which is perfect for us as we need to catch very early flight in the next morning.
