Nice and well set up facilities, apparently being expanded, nice buiding with different environments, we stay in 1st floor room with a small window to the patio, would have appreciated AA, good breakfast. From my perpective, if you have a car, worth considering as alternative to stay in Goreme for visiting Capadoccia.

Firstly, Arman, from day reception, was excellent. He was very informative and responsive even before we arrived. He was so friendly and helpful, and he really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel offers it's own tours and Arman was excellent at organising all the tours we went on. They were excellent and reasonably priced. Arman especially had great advice on our air-balloon trip. The hotel itself was fabulous. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, and the ladies in the breakfast room were so sweet and friendly. The hotel is well-positioned, being just a short walk to the main road through the town. We really had the most wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cappadocia.

I had a wonderful stay at Risus Cave Suites! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, and the unique experience of sleeping in a cave was both comfortable and fascinating. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready with recommendations and assistance. The location is lovely—quiet yet close enough to everything, with beautiful natural surroundings that made the whole experience even more special. By far the best hotel in Goreme. The location was great as everything was walking distance, Ie the restaurants, shops, markets, tour excursion offices. This hotel has great views with 3 balcony’s, you can see the hot air balloons and take amazing shots during sunrise. Hotel was very clean, facilities were working perfectly. The staff were super friendly, especially Fatima (who was on morning shift). She supported us with everything we needed and with booking our excursions. The rooms were large and spacious too. Overall, a brilliant hotel to stay in.

This is, for sure, the best hotel I have ever stayed! We had room with the big terrace overlooking city with great view on the balloons in the morning. Room was spacious and very comfortable, with nice and clean bathroom including all toiletries you could need. Breakfast buffet is so good! Lot of options to choose from and everything was delicious. All staff were so kind and helpful but I have to mention Fatma and Gulsen. Fatma made our breakfast even better - almays smiling, welcoming and attentive. She memorised almost instantly what kind of coffee do we like or how we like our eggs. Gulsen was our private tour guide that we booked with the hotel and she really made a difference in our stay in Cappadocia. She was so pleasant, nice and caring. Her stories and point of views were so interesting! Also the spa and pool area are nice additon to our stay. Dear Carus team, it was such a treat to stay with you - thank you for making it so memorable and for spoiling us and making it hard to return home!

amazing hotel with amazing staff, everyone is really helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great and has a big variety of food our group of 3 people stayed in a triple room and the room was huge and really warm inside, the tours that are offered at the hotel are at the great price the stay at the hotel made our experience of cappadocia the best it could
