The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! Everytime we step into the lobby we felt really welcomed :) they will go through the extra mile to ensure that we are comfortable. They also gave us an upgrade room to celebrate our anniversary, and a lovely handmade card. The room is really clean, and has a beautiful interior design. We will definitely come back here again. The staff are super friendly a d very accomodating. They keep changing my towels everyday and cleaned my room daily. Hotel front door is steps away from the Ximen subway station. The laundry facility is great and it is not expensive at all, we used it twice on our 5 nights stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a taxi to airport at 4:30am.
