Breakfast was great and awesome variety! Coffee was delicious! Pool was open til 10pm which was a huge plus since we had Littles and had checked in late. Room was clean and had all amenities and extra towels/bedding etc. Will definitely use this hotel next birmingham trip!

The staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and very interested- getting to know us through the week. The pre dinner snacks were amazing and actually were our dinner every night. The breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable.

    It was clean, breakfast was decent and had everything we needed for our stay. Not sure why there are negative reviews about the cleanliness, the hotel and room was very clean! Beds were comfy too

    Breakfast was served on styrofoam plates n bowls w plastic ware, not very environmentally practical. More fresh fruit would be welcome. I’m assuming the type of food choice is due to budget restrictions. I enjoyed eating warm food and coffee and the setting is pleasant Staff are all very pleasant.
