All the staff were VERY helpful and understanding of my physical limitations. They offered help where needed and were very friendly..I would particularly like to thank the front desk managers and Dinkal and coworker at the breakfast service. Very accommodating and offered assistance as needed. I was particularly pleased by the friendliness of staff when it came to the pets. Very willing to help and patient with the animals. Great to see this in a hotel with the higher quality of service. Thank you all for helping to make a trying time more enjoyable than expected.

Staff was super super friendly and helpful. They answered to our messages straight away and they even waited us until our arrival for later check-in. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Shower worked good and there was hot water. This was all we needed for our one night stay :)

This is such a lovely little spot. The decor of the room and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were really helpful for check in and we really loved all the little touches for visitors.
