Cheap hotels in Toms River

Excellent hotel with great staff, good setup in reception so I could sit with my Long Is relatives.

Staff were really friendly, and the washing machine and dryer were an added bonus.

The I been coming to Seaside for over 30 years and have been to almost every motel there. I found the Hershey about 10 years ago and never stayed anywhere else. It is always clean and has a huge pool. During the summer months there is a bbq restaurant and bar open onsite. You can walk to the beach and boardwalk. I highly recommend this motel

The location of the hotel, 3-5 minutes walk to a beautiful and clean beach (entrance to the beach costs $13 per person over 12 years old), swimming pool (daily cleaning of the pool), free parking, the room has a stove and oven (helps for families with kids), two large beds, a sofa as an extra bed (additional bed linen and towels are brought to the room), clean rooms, mini packages of shampoos, soaps, polite staff.

Value for the money in a high dollar area.

The customer service is excellent. From the moment I arrived they were welcoming and respectful. There weren’t towels when I checked in. I called and they brought them to me immediately. I decided to stay an extra day. I sent an email request and the responded quickly. The whole experience has been great. The place is clean and roomy. It may not be a high end hotel, but it is clean. Well equipped with full size refrigerator. An oven, stove and coffee pot. There’s utensils, cookware and in the bathroom they have a blow dryer! The shower has amazing water pressure. Everything is so clean. It has plenty of space and even a large dining room table. I had read the air conditioner is noisy. But honestly, it’s window air conditioners. They are very quiet compared to other window air conditioners. I could only stay 3 days as i traveled with family for a reunion. It is walking distance to the boardwalk and ocean . I can see the Ferris wheel when I walk outside. I should also state that it’s very quiet. You will or be disappointed. I did not know where I was going to stay and when you book online you never know what the place will look like: this place looked like the pictures the service is exceptional. My daughter and her family stayed at a house right around the cornier from me. They came back here to pick me up and were amazed how nice this house is. Bed might not be fantastic . But you most likely would come here for the beach, the bed is fine. Bring a pillow if you like fluffy pillows, but to me they were fine. They sent me a conformation # email when I booked it which was so welcoming. It was more like a welcoming letter. They even included the wi-fi password In the welcome later. I honestly can’t say enough about it. The customer service , I need to emphasize, is great! You will not be very happy you found this place! 10/10
