We enjoyed our stay in the house and the surrounding area. An additional attraction were very friendly animals: goats, ponies and dogs with whom we spent the morning over coffee. The house is well equipped and spacious. We would like to stay there longer when visiting this area next time.

The room was newly decorated and very comfortable. The views we exceptional and the sunset was a joy. We ate a delicious dinner at the restaurant, all the servers we very friendly and attentive. The whole property felt authentic and in-keeping with the area.

    We enjoyed the place a lot, especially its Western style and the convenient location -- plenty of hiking trails nearby. Our room was spacious and very clean, the view was amazing! There's also a gas station and a store just a short distance down the road.

    Rooms were very comfortable. The restaurant food was very good. We had the brisket and salmon. The breakfast was very good as well. It was a buffet style. Location was ideal for visiting Capitol Reef National Park. We could drive right up to the room and unpack which was very nice. Check out the gift store. Prices were very competitive and some items were drastically reduced.

    The room was renovated, large, comfortable and very clean. The property is in a great location, set back from the main road so it's quiet. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the pancakes are awesome.
