The staff was very polite, the room was great, spacious, clean, WiFi in the room (some properties in the area struggle with this), everywhere in the facilities was possible to pay with VISA (which was next to impossible to find in Venezuela), all in all very great property and staff, felt like in Europe

    Location is very good. Hotel is inside a small plaza with a restaurant, casino, beauty salon and convenience store. Beaches and more restaurants short drive away. Very safe area. Amusement park in same parking lot. Room was huge. Staff is very kind.
