Superb location, lot’s to see and do right as you walk out. Many cafes, street vendors, and beautiful streets to walk down. The property itself is well managed, with attentive staff who are friendly and very accomodating. Thảo who manages the reception is exceptional. The cleaning staff are very kind and diligent which is reflected in how clean each apartment presents. Rooms are equipped with all of your basic hotel amenities, with the addition of a small kitchenette with pots, pans and cutlery. We’ve stayed here many times before because it’s excellent value and always a consistently comfortable stay.

What I love the most was the host's enthusiasm and responsiveness. I really appreciated how he detailed the check-in formality for us through messages, which facilitated the checkin process. Secondly, since we are not locals, it was very nice of him to recommended us with variety of food that we could explore around the city. Of course, the hygiene and comfortability of our shelter was provided. Lastly, the price was reasonable, therefore, it was worth-to-stay.

What a kind and gentle family. We extended our stay from q to 3 nights. We were invited to share lunch with the host family. We were honoured to join them. The room and neighborhood is perfectly quiet!!! The bed is so comfortable, the room is perfectly clean and the shower keeps the floor dry! We wanted to borrow a kettle but better yet we were given and entire thermos of hot water.

We chose The Nova because of its reviews on cleanliness, and we were not disappointed. The room is always kept clean, the mattress is new, and the bathroom is always stocked with enough towels and toiletries. However, the room service is a bit slow. Very friendly and welcoming host family. The room was good sized and spotlessly clean. Good location - quiet but only 20 mins walk to centre and train station. There's also a lake just across the road for a pleasant stroll.

The apartments are located in a very quiet and developed neighborhood. There are many sports grounds and all the necessary social facilities, stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. A large Shopping Center is 20 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is very clean and sporty. The apartment has everything you need. Ideal place for a business trip.
