The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided helpful information about local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. (Kim: receptionist, Tung: receptionist and Sales: Jasmin). The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed. My experience at Legend Hanoi was wonderful. The attention to detail, comfort, and level of service made it a memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter close to many points of attraction and eateries. Service and staff are outstanding! Hotel is newly build in 2024, very clean and cosy. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a lady named Mila. She made our stay very special — you can tell she really enjoys her job. The restaurant is beautiful and they respond quickly to requests. The reception area is lovely, the rooms are clean, and the stay was very comfortable.
