It is a studio apartment. The room as spacious enough for both of us, complete with comfortable bed, fridge, two burner induction stove, hairdryer. They have room cleaning services everyday. Location was amazing. You can see almost the entire Sunset Town from level 16. You can watch the Kiss of the Sea show and the spectacular fireworks show from level 16 and enjoy the pool. The building located few blocks ups from the cable car station and for muslim, few hundred meters from Sarah halal restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the CASEPIA Hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had there. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that this hotel offers. The stunning panoramic vistas of the azure waters of the ocean, the nightly firework right from our window and the lush, tropical landscape of Phu Quoc Island took my breath away. What truly sets CASEPIA Hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the dedicated staff. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay unforgettable. The level of hospitality and attentiveness was beyond my expectations, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One standout feature of CASEPIA Hotel is that the managers themselves reside on the premises. This personal touch adds a unique dimension to the overall guest experience. The managers were not only readily available to address any concerns but also took the time to engage with guests and share their local insights, enhancing our understanding of the culture and attractions of Phu Quoc. During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's sister restaurant, located few minutes away, where the culinary delights were a true feast for the senses.     Very clean villa with sparkling pool. Staff were helpful and courteous. It’s very peaceful, away from hectic city, but a close and relatively inexpensive ride (download Grab app, don’t use taxis, much cheaper!) to plenty of activity in town and beyond. The beach would have been nice if it wasn’t rainy season, which made it wild and messy. The Sunset restaurant has nice views, as do all the oceanfront villas.

    Great location, very friendly staff. We had a room with direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy a fantastic massage. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, providing perfect tranquility at night. The hotel is also close to the town and nightlife. If you don't have breakfast included at the hotel, I recommend the Garden Friendly House and Local Food restaurant, right in front of the hotel. They offer affordable and delicious food - I recommend having dinner or just drinks there.Wishing you a great time like we had.

    Stunning resort. Very clean. Great location. Pool Villa 186, Resort view. The other side is a building site which hasn’t started yet. Amazing size pool. The villa was huge. Not amazing privacy but we didn’t care. Highly recommend. Taxis are very cheap so the secluded location isn’t a problem. Huge stunning complex just walking distance with loads of restaurants and shops. Hope this helps.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the location ideal: in a quiet sidestreet very close to all the shops. When we were here not many other tourists stayed in luxy park hotel. Strange, because it is excellent in many ways and not expensive at all.

    The apartment was excellent. Spotless clean, great size and very comfortable. The pool is very clean with lovely surrounding area. The staff are excellent always friendly and respond quickly to request. The location is on the edge of Duong Dong town and a nice walk from the hotel into town and to the beaches. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.
