I loved the hotel. My best part was the staff, every single person we met made so much effort to make us feel welcome and we loved it. The deluxe double room was so convenient, clean and beautiful. We basically had every facility in the room that we needed, even more than we needed. Functional gym, good pool and sauna as well. Amazing time we had staying here. The breakfast was also really good.

During my recent business trip combined with leisure in Hanoi, I had the opportunity to stay at Sao Mai Hotel and was truly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who were friendly and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were always ready to answer my questions and assist me throughout my stay. What impressed me most was the professionalism and dedication of the entire team. They not only arranged a clean and comfortable room for me but also helped book a one-day tour to Ha Long Bay. The trip was well organized, from transportation and sightseeing schedule to lunch on the cruise, giving me a truly memorable day after hours of work. Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful with many choices, suitable for both business and leisure travelers, helping me start the day full of energy. The hotel’s location is right in the city center, making it very convenient to reach tourist attractions and work locations. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service at Sao Mai Hotel. This will definitely be my top choice for future business trips or leisure stays in Hanoi.

The location was amazing and the host mother was so sweet she brought me fruit and snacks to try, it was a nice cozy atmosphere. Highly reccomend the stay for solo and couples. There is a list of amendities including snacks and teas.
