We arrived quite late after a struggle with navigation but had great directiond and such a warm welcome from our host Annie. The house is so beautiful and inviting, with such a great eye for detail. We loved spending time on the veranda and the evenings around the fire was exactly what we needed after long days in the Kruger. We loved the four legged friends that checked in every now and then. We hope to come back and enjoy more of the facilities!

We decided on short notice to stay overnight at the Lodge, and left feeling rested and satisfied. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The dinner was good, and the breakfast was excellent. While there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, it is available in the restaurant and main building. I would gladly recommend this place at any time for a peaceful and tranquil bush experience.

There’s some warmth to it and understated luxury. We like coming back after each game drive and just relax, while we wait for mealtimes. Feels private, with only 4 rooms /other guests. Overall we had a wonderful experience- the ranger (Marnus) and tracker (Aubrey) gave their best in every game drive, everything was well organised and taken care of, service was excellent, we like the refreshments at sunset in the middle of the drive ;) there was a nice touch to everything. Rooms were very clean and spacious! Food was good too
