The host Mabel was like a mother I never had . Very good interaction and just like my wife a great cook , would highly recommend this place . The grounds and house is spotless and would gladly come again and again . Guys if you are going to Bulawayo stay here

Really comfortable place with nice garden and pool. Tranquil surroundings, varied and very tasty breakfast included. Dinner at a small extra charge delicious. Host David very friendly, staff very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fleming Place and can only recommend it!

l had a wonderful stay with my wife. The airport shuttle driver and lodge recommended taxi driver were the best and reliable. i loved their breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like on the pictures. The staff were friendly. And l love the fact that they are about to finish their Conference center which can be good for business meetings when l come back to Bulawayo for business.

What a fabulous place! A large property with plenty of trees, plants and flowers scattered in a beautifully-tended park where you can walk and relax any time of the day. The central building is architecturally inspiring and stylishly furnished: it is the heart of the property with a comfortable dining room and a lovely bar where you can meet other guests, chat over a drink and enjoy delicious, well-prepared food. Our room was large, with a pleasant terrace, spotless clean and most comfortable, offering all the amenities we are used to at home. Indeed, we immediately felt at home, in a friendly environment going far, far beyond our expectations. The great secret of The Musketeers Lodge is that it has a vibrant soul: Liz and her staff were just fantastic, all so helpful and ready to go the extra mile to meet your expectations. Staying at The Musketeers Lodge and meeting you all was a true blessing and we'll never thank you enough for this. Thanks also, Liz, for the lift into the city, your always instructive, delightful company and precious contribution - with Tendayi and Godfrey - to our trip to Great Zimbabwe, Serima Mission and the Italian Chapel of Saint Francis of Assisi in Masvingo. Allow me to say this was the one of my best experiences i had ..From the time i arrived until the time i left. The breakfast was delicious the chef was very attentive to my requests. The hosts Wow im still amazed. Finding the bible in the room just made everything super.Keep up the good work.Locatìon was very convenient near the main road ..May God bless the whole team.My room was çleaned every day...

Wonderful experience, staying in such a historic and interesting building. The staff were all lovely, the meals were good and the location central and peaceful. The building has been beautifully maintained and was spotlessly clean. The miles of teak parquet flooring are particularly gleaming and impressive!

Spotlessly clean.Super secure central but quiet location. Staff cheerful and extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast..they even provided a packed meal for a very early morning departure. A living museum with superbly refurbished rooms that haven't lost their character. Value for money.
