It is conveniently located to access all Andorra’s ski slopes. Free WiFi is offered throughout and free ski storage is available in the hotel's reception. Great location, helpful staff, rooms very well appointed. Bed was comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast, which was also nice with plenty of choice.

I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the river, nearby park, and surrounding mountains—a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a huge room with one double bed and two single beds, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. A big plus was the underground parking—spacious and very convenient, making our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

We were upgraded to a suite which was large and very comfortable. A beautiful room all around.

It's very cozy, comfortable and fully furnished apartment close to Ordino Arcalís ski resort. Inside you can find all what you just can imagine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TV's, even the iron! All is brand new. Owner is very helpful and friendly person. We were late for check in, but he was waiting for us, help with registration and also let us late check out without any additional fees. Take a look, if you have electro car, they have charger for it in garage!

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.
