Dinner was also lovely. It was a hike up stairs to reach the hotel but they provided a parking space on the main drag at the base of the stair. The room architecture was historic with beautiful woodwork. You could hike up to the castle right from the hotel

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Hotel Rezidenca Desaret offers accommodation in Berat 450 metres from the Old Town. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and views of the town from the terrace. We stayed there for 1 night. Parking can be tricky there, but staff members greeted us upon arrival and helped us park our large car. Also loved the breakfast at this place! So many really tasty options. All main attractions are in a walkable distance.

The owner super super nice ! breakfast in the morning was so good as well, prepared by the host herself. The guest house is located around 10-15 minutes walk from the center so it is perfect.
