Everything, place is flawless, the decor, the wellness and spa areas, the lake house & swimming/sun deck. The food in the restaurant & breakfast selection top class. Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

This place is incredible. I really enjoyed my stay. The standard hotel room is quite spacious, with very comfy bed and pillows. There are saunas with a beautiful view and a really cool pool on the roof. The breakfasts are really tasty. You can also rent an e-bike on the ground floor and go exploring (highly recommended!). There is a beautiful waterfall right next to the hotel.

The host was fabulous in the way she had instructions everywhere around the apartment making our stay so easy and comfortable. They also provide parking in case someone wants to rent a car. It was of great help to me. Also a great plus point is that the bus stop is right outside the apartment and the Lugano Center is just a 5-8 mins ride from there.

Communication with the host, Jeff, was super easy. He responded promptly to all our queries, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient, with a supermarket and some nice restaurants not too far away. The room was well-stocked with everything you'd need for a short stay. Tea and coffee were complimentary—and honestly, that was one of the best parts! And of course, the mountain views from the room were just as stunning as promised. It was a pleasure meeting Jeff, and we had a very comfortable overnight stay. Highly recommend!
