The rooms, while a bit small, are clean and comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Barbara. When we left our sunglasses behind in the room she called and emailed us to let us know so we could retrieve them. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

All rooms have a balcony overlooking the mountains. The hotel was exceptional! The rooms may be basic, but they are equipped with everything you need, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything. The spa was an amazing experience – of very high quality, spacious, clean, and relaxing. It was clear that the hotel paid attention to every small detail to ensure a perfect experience. It's worth noting that the spa is nude-only, which might be unfamiliar to some, but once you get over the initial hesitation, it’s an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. An excellent experience all around – we’ll definitely be back!

The room was spotless, with little extras like sweets, drinks and toiletries. She even surprised us with a small gift when we left. We'd love to come back.

Gosau had everything we needed during our stay - a grocery store, multiple restaurants, amazing views, and friendly people. The drive to Gosausee was approximately 10 minutes, and the apartment had one parking space in a carport. This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature and the views, as it was so peaceful.
